Despite itsu’s loyal customer base, launching their new and improved Noodle Pot range developed in collaboration with celebrity chef Monica Galetti, presented a unique challenge: how do we produce high-performing creative that re-engages existing fans and attracts new customers in a crowded FMCG category, while also driving measurable engagement and sales uplift in retail?
